On Sunday after church I got the idea that instead of tackling the to do list, I would rather play. So, I texted my grandson (well, his parents, they haven't seen the wisdom of getting a mostly non verbal 2 year old his own phone yet) and asked him to come over for the afternoon. We had a blast with all the toys and walking around the block with the wagon. It was a perfect Sunday.
And just in the past few days he has called me Grandma. Sweeter than honey to my ears it was. Grandma.
