My mom is a bit of a clothes horse. She always has been. At 92 it seems incomprehensible to me. I am not a clothes horse. I don't pay that much attention to detail and being in style. When I am going up to see my mom, I do consider what I am planning to wear to church.
As I threw things into my bag to go up for Mother's Day to Quincy this weekend, I changed my mind about shoes at the last minute. I decided to wear sandals.
Black sandals to go with my black purse and slacks. Unfortunately I chose two different sandals. So, I wore the brown flip flops. Fashion fail for Mother's Day. (I don't think I have ever worn flip flops to church before.)
