The Most Post, 2013

Somebody on some blog suggested that we do a "most" post for the year. Since I am short on ideas for today, I will try that.  So I give you--recycling on the blog.

The most page views was a 7 Quick Takes.  I assume that it got on to one of those referring sites in Eastern Europe and wasn't really read by all of these people, but you never know. I commented on urban chicken raising and furloughed federal workers, so you never know.  I could have been quoted by the pundits without my knowledge.  It was the post of 10/4/ 2013

The most comments was on this post on Signs of Spring 4/3/2013. I am not a big commentary person and so I don't get a whole lot of comments on my blog.  Sometimes I think of just cutting off comments altogether.  I have enjoyed reading the ones I have gotten, so I leave it on.

The best pictures (in my opinion) was Spring Progresses. I like to take pictures of flowers and the flowers were beautiful this spring.

The hardest to write was this one. And any of the ones about longing.  And probably the one tomorrow.  There are a lot of posts that are hard to write.

My personal favorite was this one on the quilts I make.  My mom asked me the last time I was up there how many baby quilts I have made.  I told her I have no idea.  But if I looked back on the blog I could see most of them.  Simple quilts, made with love.  I wish I could make one for every baby.

And thank you, whomever had this idea.  I would link to you if I knew who you were.  I would also give you credit.
