One of my brothers has asked for my help. He asked me to be his exercise coach. Since he lives several states away, this is a trick. But, then he told me that we would use the phone. He texts me the amount of exercise he does each day and I say something encouraging to him. It is easy to do and I have enjoyed it. It has even inspired me to walk the imaginary dog a few more times.
I recommend this method of encouragement. It is free and personal. I might even ask him to coach me back.
